Terrible - ordered a cardigan, waited two weeks for delivery and kept getting in touch as status seemed frozen on the Hermes website but they didn’t investigate until the allotted 9 days had passed. Finally said parcel missing so refund would take 3-10 days when I’d asked for a replacement and didn’t want a refund. The cardigan is still in stock so why not sort out a replacement. Not ordering from them again as no faith that the item will turn up and the time taken for them to sort things out is a joke.

I would give them 0 if I could. I ordered two pairs of earrings and when I got the package it was just a flimsy paper slip with absolutely no packing. There was only one pair of earrings in the package - one was completely missing. The pair that was there had both posts completely broken off. I contacted customer service and they gave me a two dollar discount - that’s it - no apologies - just two dollars. So disappointed because they were cute earrings but terrible company.

My order never arrived. It was only after I contacted them, 2 weeks after I placed my order that they told me it was "missing". Not sure how that happens if it hasn't even left the distribution centre? The only option available was to get a refund, the didn't even explain why it had gone missing or offered an exchange. Very disappointed as their service before has been really good.

Avoid... 5 days after I placed the order they sent me an email saying one of the items was cancelled. Fine. It's now been 16 days and the remainder of the order I placed is yet to be seen. Awful delivery service and really poorly organisation.

Items are well cut in terms of shape and generally the quality is good, skirts are great, HOWEVER, stay away from the knitwear which is way too expensive and ends up bobby and shabby and far worse than cheaper high street retailers and has cost me a fortune as i bought into the cute styles and colours.

Excellent customer service. Had a return which hadn’t been processed for a while so I contacted customer services via email and within minutes I received a phone call from Montserrat who apologised for the delay and advised she would process a manual refund for me right away.
She was very helpful & polite and the customer service is definitely above & beyond what the you get from the competitors
Will most certainly shop there again

I’ve been hugely impressed with & Other Stories – the clothes look identical to the images online, I’m updated at all stages of the process, from dispatch to delivery and 9/10 times, I’ve kept their clothes. The fabrics are great quality and long-lasting compared to other stores.
The returns process, however, completely lets & Other Stories down – despite waiting upwards of several weeks, I didn’t hear so much as a ‘We have your returns’ acknowledgement email. I was signposted by their Instagram to call and thankfully, once I did, this was processed within a few days [customer service is fantastic and really goes above and beyond – thanks in particular to Matteo and Roddy]. Despite being successfully refunded, I’m hesitant to buy from here again as I know I’ll end up waiting weeks for a refund and only then it’ll be me chasing this up. It’s such a shame as & Other Stories is head and shoulders above other retailers right now – I only wish their returns process was a lot simpler and didn’t require so much chasing from my end.

My order to Canada was quick but my gosh is this company ever a rip off!? I bought into the influencer "hype" unfortunately and ordered an expensive wool sweater. When it arrived, it smelled terrible for one, the quality felt that of a $20 sweater from H&M and their marketing around their "atiliers" are laughable. Fabric compositions are polyester and polyamide, and made in China. There's nothing wrong with that, but I'm not paying those scam prices for this.
Also a warning to Canadians? if you want to return for a refund it'll cost you an additional 25 USD. Would absolutely not shop here again.

Don’t recommend this brand their employees don’t know how to work, they stole my money and dropped refund transactions to my debit card and they refuse to refund my money$460

This company used to be very good, however the quality of the items deteriorated materially. I noticed that the production is now in China (previously it was at least partially in EU), the fabrics are super cheap (terrible polyester) and the so-called alpaca-wool blends are a cheat for sure, it is not natural, it is polyester the majority of the fabric for sure! Honestly, it used to be so high quality, I had a lot of items from them, and from one month to another, it changed dramatically. It is crazy, what`s going on #&otherstories ?? why to sacrifice your business for a few dollars more to save on production costs?? You will loose your markets for sure, can cry together with Topshop, this is where you belong now!

I got some really cute blouses from Stories last week and they were really cute on me. Wonderful clothes and I absolutely love every item I got from them. Nothing bad to say about anything from their clothes to their services!

I placed an order for some beautiful clothing items I saw online on their website and I got all of them within 6 days of placing my order. Less than a week! I was able keep a track of the delivery process and the track where the package was through their website after logging into my &OtherStories account
